+ He also didn't attempt to kill Hiro in Seven Minutes To Midnight, he only killed Charlie.
+ When Sylar telekinetically pinned Ando in How to Stop and Exploding Man, Sylar already had Isaac's procognitive ability so wouldn't need to gain that ability from Ando.
