In Chapter 2, “The Trial of the Fire Scroll”, Professor Karen Chamberlin documents that legend states anyone who tried to steal the Fire Scroll, the ninety angry ronin would eat that someone.
In Chapter 3, “The Trial of the Hidden Fortress”, Karen documents that Takezo Kensei must find the missing piece to White Beard’s map, which the Black Bear of Sakashita is guarding.
