After missing a call from Mohinder Suresh, Zane returns the call, sounding distressed. He is later visited by Sylar whom Taylor mistakes for Mohinder. When Zane invites Sylar into his home, Zane shows his guest his ability. Later, when Mohinder actually arrives, Sylar answers the door, wearing Zane's clothes; he demonstrates Zane's ability, at certain points even mimicking Zane's comments and manner of speaking.
