* Good question. Could be a number of reasons: 1) that's a shot of Candice before she returned to her natural form, 2) he's remembering Candice only as he wants to remember her, 3) Candice didn't really die, but instead pretended to be dead so she could see how Sylar tries to absorb abilities and then went into hiding, or something entirely different. Can you tell I like option #3? :)--[[User:MiamiVolts|MiamiVolts]] ([[User_talk:MiamiVolts|talk]]) 12:17, 8 July 2008 (EDT) |

(A) Holy smokes! Say it ain't so! (B) Cool tie ins! --SacValleyDweller (talk) 04:07, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- Ok, I'll say it ain't so. Donna and Thompson are down, but I doubt that they're dead (probably just knocked unconscious). It was a cool ending, with lots of flashbacks...which were good, but I was hoping for more "in-depth content". I mean, I felt it was a good novel, but the flashbacks could have used more depth...they tied in a lot there, but glossed over so much. The drawing was okay, but not pristine... could have used thinner lines and brighter colors, I think. The lettering was excellent as always.--MiamiVolts (talk) 04:21, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- I will add that there's so many characters, locations/places referenced in this novel that I'm really looking forward to part 2. With most of the character development already done, it could be really good. :) BTW, I left out Sean's military commander from the list of character appearances. If anyone thinks it might be worthwhile, feel free to add him.--MiamiVolts (talk) 05:26, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- I quite liked this one, one of the best in recent months. An open ending, with lots of references, albeit like Miami said, they're not very detailed. But there's only so much you can do in 8 pages I guess. Loads of info to add too (places, people etc.) -- Friskymuffin - (talk) 08:36, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- I noticed Ivan Spektor wasn't on the checklist.--Citizen 08:40, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- Well noticed. I think he should have some info at least, as he is mentioned. -- Friskymuffin - (talk) 08:43, 8 July 2008 (EDT)

Kill squad
As far as I can tell, Tom and Drake are different members of the team. The team consists of 5 members: Sean Fallon, Tom, Drake, Rosetti and Ballou.--MiamiVolts (talk) 11:16, 8 July 2008 (EDT)

Lewis's ability
This guy doesn't just grow plants, his body mimics them, so it's a much different power than plant growth. It's very much like water mimicry, but with plants, thus the name I'm suggesting is plant mimicry.--MiamiVolts (talk) 12:17, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- But he leaves them behind also because Donna finds one of the plants that doesn't grow there. So what do you think of that.--Rayhond 12:24, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- Perhaps Lewis does leave them behind. The water mimicry guy could also leave water behind too. That doesn't mean his ability is just water creation.--MiamiVolts (talk) 12:28, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
- Donna herself calls it plant growth. Maybe we should wait for part 2 to see how different this is from Au Co's ability.--Citizen 12:32, 8 July 2008 (EDT)
