None	+ In an interview, the writers stated that "we would see a hint of Uluru before the season is over". + Molly states that, if she uses her power to see this person, he can see her back. While using his power, Isaac saw Uluru, and Uluru saw and spoke to Isaac. (Isaac's First Time) + Uluru has been hinted at as a villain for quite some time now. This could be a set-up to Season Two. - Kring confirmed that Uluru only existed in the pages of the comic books.
Maury is the hooded killer who killed Kaito.	None	+ The hooded killer seems to be connected to evolved humans, specifically The Company, who took care of Molly in the past. + Kaito Nakamura is a really strong and experienced evolved human, but he was shocked and afraid of the hooded killer, which could mean that the hooded killer is extremely strong, enough to be worse than Sylar. - It is possible that Kaito's ability had no use in combat. - Maury and Kaito were in the same company who's members are being killed off. Maury has no evident reason for killing someone he used to work with. + The hooded killer may have a power because he disappeared after he fell with Kaito to the ground. He could be multi-powered like Sylar or Peter and one of his powers might be connected to Molly. - It's highly unlikely that Mr. Parkman directly killed Kaito, given the apparent girth of Mr. Parkman. + Mr. Parkman could have put Kaito into a dream sequence where Kaito thought he was being pushed off of the ledge of the building. Thus dreaming he was falling off and perhaps "sleep walking" in real life off of the edge. + This could also explain the lack of a second body at the scene. - It would not explain why Ando was able to see the hooded killer and was a witness to the murder. + Maury has been able to link two people into harming each other (Matt and Nathan). There's no reason why Maury couldn't just implant the same vision into both Kaito and Ando's minds.
Maury angered the Company and left his family to keep them from getting involved.	Matt's father left when Matt was thirteen years old (The Kindness of Strangers)	+ The time Matt's father left would be during the time he was a veteran in the Company. + Molly states that she doesn't want to find Mr. Parkman using her ability because he sees her. This may imply that the Company used her to find him previously, as she would not have reason to use her ability to find him otherwise. + In Fight or Flight, Maury tells Matt that he had to leave, and it was very difficult for him. - Of course, he could have easily been lying about this to cover himself, given that his son was angry and holding a gun on him. - Additionally, after leaving Matt and Nathan in an illusion where they can unintentionally bludgeon each other to death, Maury doesn't strike me as much of a family man.
Maury didn't mean to hurt Molly Walker when she located him in The Kindness of Strangers.	None	+ Mr. Parkman might just have wanted to scare her away and she fainted from shock instead. - We see that Mr. Parkman intentionally placed Matt and Nathan in a malicious dream trance and walked away, happily. Fight or Flight - The cockroach nightmares Maury subjected Molly to in (Molly's Dream) were too severe and traumatizing to be of harmless intent. + Mr. Parkman might just be able to detect someone's presence using his power, and he didn't know it was Molly Walker who had located him. - Molly has said before that when she looks for and finds the Nightmare Man, that he can see her.
Maury was not Matt's birth father.	None	+ None of the other evolved families thus far have had direct inheritance of a similar power. - All of the cases in which offspring inherited their powers were when both parents had powers. It could be that Matt's mother did not have a power. + Maury has not seen his son since his son was thirteen could be an indication he knew Matt wasn't his. + Matt's willingness to adopt Molly may be a sign that he was also adopted. + There is also a paternity question as to whether Janice's child is his. - Their powers are very similar. + It is not confirmed that powers are hereditary. It could just be coincidence. - That would be an incredibly bizarre and contrived coincidence, if it was really random. Since telepathy is a uniquely mental power, it wouldn't be surprising if it was easier to inherit through the brain. The Haitian's father possessed a vaguely similar power(controlling emotions is not too far removed from controlling dreams and cognitive funtions), thus it's likely the Haitain could possibly be a similar example of mental powers being passed on more easily than physical ones. If the single parent theory above is also true, it would easily apply to both Maury/Matt AND Gillaume/Haitian.
