About
Hiro's grandfather died of cancer.
Ted's uncontrollable use of his power caused his wife to be exposed to the radiation effects of his ability.
Linderman remembers the first time he used his ability which was to cure his mother's cancer.
Sylar is ready to seek revenge on his father after finding him in a hidden trailer in the woods. His father, didn't care about Sylar murdering him for he knows that he would die either way, either by Sylar's hand or through his cancer.
