Evolved Human Abilities
Santiago appears to have two innate abilities: accelerated probability and super speed. This is unusual as most evolved humans only have one innate ability. How these two abilities work together remains unclear.
So far Santiago has used his probability to get out of a car accident (he back flipped over a bus to avoid being hit by it) and to find out how to best approach Elisa. He uses his speed to then catch up with her.
