Theory Citations Notes
Each of the eight paintings depicts the death of a member of the group of twelve. 1/8 depicts Kaito Nakamura, one of the group of twelve dead. (Four Months Later) + Kaito stated that nine remain of the group of twelve. Kaito's last words would imply that the "Hooded killer" is one of these nine. That there are eight others and eight paintings, two of which show deaths, may be more than coincidence.
- It is unlikely that Noah Bennet, depicted dead in 8/8, was a member of the group.
See Theory:Noah Bennet for the debate on Bennet as one of the group of twelve.

+ The painting might not be of Noah, but a member of the group of twelve appearing as Bennet in some way.

See below for the debate on this.
The dead man in the 8th painting is not Noah Bennet. None
+ Other paintings have shown the results of illusions, e.g. The President Stands Alone turned out to be Sylar, masquerading as Nathan.
+ It could be that Noah's father is still alive and is the one shown dead in 8/8.
Noah's father may have been a member of the group of twelve.
The 8th painting does not picture the actual death of HRG. None + It might not be Noah in the painting. (See above)

+ Future events painted by Isaac have been prevented, e.g. the bomb did not go off in the middle of New York City in our current timeline. (How to Stop an Exploding Man).
+ Isaac could have altered the painting after he initially painted it.
