- 1 September: James Connol and his classmates - including Michael Sham, Jenny Scarlet, David Davis and Tom Johnson - begin at Manaj's School For The Superpowerdly Gifted
- 31 October: During the Halloween feast at Manaj's, an illusion is created by Glad Yaga, who looks for the Shanti Virus. James Connol and Michael Sham save Jenny Scarlet and the three become friends.
- 25 December: James receives an ability prism, possibly from Elena Magpie as a Christmas present. He also find that the necklace given to him emits a projection and he sees Jenny Scarlets dying moments.
