Graphic Novel spoilers

  • 8/20/08 -- Oliver Grigsby in a post on 9thwonders.com, said that Jason Badower will be doing 101 and 102, 102 being "the big one".
  • 8/12/08 -- Timm Keppler has revealed that the three-part gig mentioned below is going to be called 'Into The Wild' and also says 'I'll say is that it's the culmination of the summer-long mystery of "who is Evs Dropper?". You'll get lots of explosions and death, girl-on-girl fighting, and a surprise ending.'
  • 8/7/08 -- Jason Badower reveals on his blog that he is working on a three-part "Heroes gig", which will consist of a six page and two twelve page segments. "It's Annette and I shepparding in the end of the hiatus storyline. Expect some big revelations for Sabine and Julien. It's brilliantly written by James Martin and Timm Keppler."
  • 6/11/08 -- Jason Badower reveals on his blog that he used four of the new Peter Steigerwald character designs in the Root and Branch graphic novels, so there is a good chance some of the new characters in the novels could be cast in the show.
  • 6/5/08 -- An NBC competition allows users to select and vote on a new face for Penny, who will be appearing in an upcoming graphic novel. (NBC.com)
  • 6/3/08 -- According to Sci-Fi Wire, Frank Mastromauro, executive vice president of Aspen Comics, told fans at the Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con that Peter Steigerweld designed 12 new characters for Heroes, and that they would all be debuting this summer. He added that towards the end of the summer, there would be a vote and those characters who get the most votes could wind up making it onto the show.
  • 4/10/08 -- An interview with Chuck Kim, available on EW.com, reveals that the online novels will focus on a group of evolved humans who are agents within the Company, including "the mysterious Donna Dunlap"; Thompson's son, "a young guy without powers who's currently being dubbed only as 'Thompson Jr.'"; a mother-daughter team; an engaged pair of agents; and Felicia, who trains recruits.
  • 4/9/08 -- Chuck Kim has announced a 5-month long story arc involving company agents. "We'll basically see the story through the eyes of a new recruit," Kim adds. "We'll also be examining the relationship between—for lack of a better term—the human agents and the ones with powers, and the dynamic that creates within the Company." Plus, "We'll learn that there's someone within the Company who's trying to bring it down." ([1])
  • 3/6/08 -- David Wohl has written a second graphic novel. As of today, it is in the illustration process.
  • 5/7/07 -- According to Aron Coleite and Joe Pokaski, Sparrow Redhouse will continue to appear in the graphic novels before eventually appearing on-screen. (comicbookresources.com)

Webisode spoilers

  • 8/13/08 -- The official press release reveals that Kiko Ellsworth (Echo) will appear in episode 3x02.
  • 8/12/08 -- Timm Keppler has revealed that he is writing the next two series of webisodes and describes them as 'awesome'. The first one, consisting of five episodes, will begin to be released on December 15 onwards. The second, also a five-parter will, be released when the season is over. They are both separate from the Create Your Hero webisode series.
  • 7/18/08 -- The Create Your Hero page was updated to note that the winning character will appear in a live-action series on NBC.com. Voting, which was re-opened, is now to end at approximately midnight Eastern Time on November 29, 2008.

  • Matt Parkman will work with evsdropr to take down a dangerous element within the Company.
  • The German's cousin, Karl Lander Platz, will be a featured character in the second three-part webisode. Matt will be recruited by Interpol go to Germany for an investigation. After unsuccessfully trying to take down some thieves, he will wind up alone in the middle of an African desert on a horse with no name. Once there, he'll follow the path of a desert tortoise to find water and will run into Usutu.
