In Odessa on June 13, 2014, Quentin and Aly are listening to Jimmy Rourke on the radio. Jimmy says that the Chinese know how to keep evos under control. Jimmy says that the Americans have a "typical liberal response" and give evos a soapbox to stand on. He calls them "delinquents with delusions of grandeur" who have been "handed the genetic equivalent of a loaded weapon."
