Haram and Claude worked together for a unknown amount of time up until they're final bag and tag in 1990. At this time, Haram was on medication. After a mission to Bag and Tag Rollo Fusor, he 'retires' after promising Claude to remain in the Company for 6 more months.

Penny Logan and Connie Logan

Penny Logan was already a highly-decorated Company agent when she turned in her mother, Connie Logan, to the Company, believing the Company would isolate her. The Company instead chose to make Connie become Penny's new partner over Penny's objections and they have thus far been an effective team. Connie's ability makes Penny a prime candidate for infiltration missions.

Thompson, Jr. and Leonard Cushing

Thompson, Jr. and Leonard Cushing worked together for an unspecified amount of time until March 9, 2007; when Thompson, Jr., Gael Cruz and Devin catch him standing next to the body of a dead agent and kill him.

Thompson, Jr. and Donna Dunlap

In an alternate future foreseen by Isaac Mendez, Thompson, Jr. and Donna Dunlap were to be partners on a mission that began March 24, 2008. Sometime afterwards, Donna Dunlap was to be found dead. In the present timeline, they began their partnership later due to the Company taking Donna off all missions and combat exercises after realizing an Isaac Mendez painting depicted Donna's death. Their partnership began in this timeline when Thompson, Jr. got Donna restored to active duty. He did so only after Donna discovered evidence pointing to him as Leonard Cushing's killer, forcing him to disclose to her the circumstances behind Cushing's death.
