Ando Masahashi is a co-worker of Hiro Nakamura. Though he has no known natural power, he has somehow acquired the ability to generate red lightning in a possible future.
Character History
The Second Coming
When Hiro travels to the future, he sees himself and Future Ando confronting each other on the balcony, with Ando demanding the one half of the formula that Hiro has acquired. When Hiro pulls out his sword and attacks, Future Ando blasts Hiro with a bolt of red lightning, apparently killing him. Future Ando then steps over Hiro's body, takes the formula, and moves on.
Evolved Human Abilities
Future Ando has demonstrated the ability to shoot red lightning, using the power against a future Hiro.
Notes
- The Ando of the present has never displayed any special ability. It is unclear if his ability is natural or if it comes from the genetic modification formula.
- In this exposed future, Ando wore a pin with the emblem of the Pinehearst Company.
