After Future Hiro, Future Peter and Ando break into the Homeland Security building to rescue Hiro, Matt and his team surround an elevator, waiting for them to come up. After an empty elevator opens, the officer and the rest of the team use a battering ram to break into the room where Mohinder and the Haitian are holding Hiro.
