Unanswered questionsHow is Samuel moving people to and from the carnival?
 He's doing it himself, by moving the ground underneath his feet with his power.
Someone at the carnival has an ability that lets them teleport people from a distance, or something along those lines.
Something else entirely. How did Sylar manage to get out of Danko's car and on top of a building instantaneously without making a sound?
He used his already-known abilities in conjunction.
There is no explanation, it was something the writers threw in to look cool without thinking about it too hard.
How did Peter and Claire survive the Costa Verde explosion?
 They used rapid cell regeneration to somehow come back from being obliterated.
They managed to escape before the blast somehow. Writer's discrepancy.
How did one of the guards block Peter and Hiro's time-stopping abilities in Walls, Part 2?
He/she had mental manipulation, but only managed to stop them from slowing down time.
He/she had a broad ability that could be used to block time-stopping.

There isn't a logical explanation, he simply "activated" it.
Baby Matt didn't actually do anything, Hiro's power had simply been lying dormant and he used Baby Matt to rationalize the event. Will Sylar remain good?
