Monica will become the vigilante known as St. Joan.	In Fight or Flight, Micah compares Monica's ability to that of "St. Joan" in issue #10 of the comic series 9th Wonders!, which was published by Isaac Mendez until his death in .07%. On at least one occasion, events depicted in 9th Wonders! came true at an earlier or later date. In Truth and Consequences, Micah identifies her as such.	+ Monica has already had an encounter with the criminal element of New Orleans (The Kindness of Strangers). Should she decide to become a vigilante, she already has potential "targets". She was hesitant to take a stand before, so if she does use her powers to fight crime, it makes sense that she would do so in disguise, to protect her family. + Monica has already gained the ability to defend herself simply from watching a few seconds of wrestling and a Bruce Lee movie. + St. Joan on the cover of 9th Wonders! is completely shrouded in shadow. However, a distinguishing feature of this illustration is her shoes, which are clearly visible. Later, the camera focuses on Monica's shoes while she is jumping rope, which are the same as St. Joan's. + When Bob takes Monica home, he gives her an iPod full of information she can watch and absorb and comments that New Orleans "could use a little amazing." (The Line) + In Run!, Micah asked his parents, "shouldn't we be fighting crime or something?" Perhaps he will push Monica into vigilantism, becoming her "techno-sidekick". + When Peter and Caitlin travel to Future New York at the end of The Line, a billboard is seen in the background that depicts St. Joan. + The comic book depicting St. Joan could be another of Isaac's future drawings, showing Monica as St. Joan. + Micah identifies her as such when she wakes him up to go get his father's medal back. + They have the same ability.
Monica's iPod is bugged.	None.	+ The Company might want to take tabs on what she learns and what she does. - That version of the iPod has no way of obtaining internet. + Neither do people, but radio isotopes seem to work pretty well on them. + Furthermore, the Company could easily have modified the iPod. Even without modifying the existing electronics, a wireless bug could easily be hidden within the casing with little difficulty. If the existing electronics are modified, it would not need to have a very long range, as it could record data and simply transmit it to a hidden receiver somewhere the Company knows she will regularly go (her home, for instance).
Monica's ability is not bound to strict mimicry. She is able to unconsciously adjust a move to fit a certain situation. Monica is actually a robot created by the Company.	West said that there are two groups of people: robots and aliens.	+ When Micah puts his hand on Monica's back, saying that he wishes he could fix her, the camera lingers for an awfully long time. - Yet he said he was unable to fix her. - This could indicate that Micah's ability extends to receiving nerve signals (thoughts) in addition to electronic signals from machines. + Monica's "muscle mimicry" power should not account for her hands playing the piano against her will. - Why not? We have seen people losing control of their abilities before. + The Company seems awfully interested in a simple waitress from New Orleans with a fairly mundane power. - It's their job to investigate all evolved humans. And, besides, her ability is certainly not mundane. - Bob wanted to inject Monica with a virus. Viruses need to infect living cells in order to survive; therefore, Monica is not a robot. + Maybe Bob only said it was a virus. Monica will no longer appear on Heroes.	Monica's only connection to the plot-lines was through Micah. Now that Micah no longer has a place in Heroes (both of his parents are dead) it seems likely that Monica doesn't either.	+ It has been revealed that Angela's dream was originally meant to also include Micah and Monica. However this was cut from the aired scene. There would be no reason to do this if they were still going to be regular characters. + Monica will become St. Joan because of her past experience with the thugs. So being the neighborhood super-heroine will force her to stay in New Orleans with Micah. - With Tracy in the picture, Micah may not be entirely out of the picture, and so through him, Monica may not be entirely out, either. + There have been six episodes (probably more by the time you read this) where she is not mentioned at all. She's likely been written out of the show. + Dana Davis, the actress who plays Monica, is busy with another show, according to IMDB. - The actress, Dana Davis, has guest starred recently on Pushing Daisies and so may still be able to squeeze in a few episodes of Heroes into her filming schedule. - The storyline needs more heroes, if they are going to fight the villains. Monica may be back for season 4.
Monica isn't part of season three because she isn't powerful enough to fight the villains.	None.	+ Micah wants her to be a hero, but in season three, the villains are to powerful. So maybe so the writers don't kill her character, they just remove her from the storyline, and bring her back in another season. + The villains in season three, such a Knox and Flint, would most definitely kill her. • She may return in a future season, because her character has potential to be a real good character.
