The Civilian
In chapter 1 of The Civilian, Wilbur has climbed up a tree and needs to be rescued. His owner, a young girl named Katie, gets Officer Mills to get him down. While Katie is away, Rachel teleports to reach Wilbur and then climbs down with him.
