At the Montecito Casino, Hiro outsmarts a roulette dealer who refuses to let him break the rules.
Character History
Collision
When Ando plays his last dollar on 26 black, the roulette dealer refuses to let Hiro take back the bet. Hiro stops time and drops the ball into the slot for 26 black. When Hiro confesses to Ando what he's done, Ando finally sees the potential in Hiro's powers.
