A roulette player is beaten by Ando with help from Hiro.
Character History
Collision
Ando sits down at the roulette table, where the roulette player is playing, and joins the game. Hiro, who is scheming with Ando, stops time and manipulates the ball so that Ando will win. When time resumes, the roulette player sighs that Ando has won and congratulates Ando.
