In Charles Deveaux's apartment, Peter reads the New York Telegraph, which reports that Yamagato's stock is down to 215 and an eighth.

Notes

• The employees have scheduled work out times on the roof of their building. This is common practise throughout Japan, called calisthenics.
• In Six Months Ago and Genesis, Hiro is seen on the roof of Yamagato Industries during a work-out session. In Six Months Ago, a co-worker asks him what he is doing there, as he is supposed to be on vacation in the United States.

Trivia

• The Japanese symbols on the clock in Hiro's cubicle represent the text "One", "Two", etc. instead of the numerical values "1", "2", etc. Modern clocks in Japan typically show the latter.
• According to "The Crane", the company is spelled differently: Yamagoto Industries. Also, Hiro has a level 3 security clearance. He is a programmer, and is referred to as "a lowly office drone".
