**** No problem. It's too bad because I think it's a pretty good name--not perfect, but if that's really what was on the map, I'd totally be behind it. Oh well! -- {{User:Ryangibsonstewart/sig}} 00:07, 11 November 2008 (EST) |

caught the same error!
I think we caught the same error on the Angela page! Luckily, I only read season 3 and preview before I decided to blur my vision so I could t read the rest. :) --SacValleyDweller (talk) 00:29, 3 September 2008 (EDT)
- Likewise, I didn't read anything except that it was info from a season 3 preview video. That's all I needed to know.--MiamiVolts (talk) 00:39, 3 September 2008 (EDT)
Patrolling guidelines
Hey, Miami. As we approach the start of a new season and what promises to be a very busy time on the wiki, I suggested some tips for patrolling here. Check them out when you get a chance. Thanks! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:58, 19 September 2008 (EDT)
Talk:Portal:Future Characters
Can you come contribute to this discussion Talk:Portal:Future Characters when you get a free minute...trying to avoid a potential snowballing problem with all the new stuff being added. Thanks --HiroDynoSlayer (talk) 09/23/2008 12:57 (EST)

- When things die down and you get a chance you'll probably want to look at this. (Admin 00:31, 24 September 2008 (EDT))
- Thanks. I just replied. The creator mentioned caching reduced the server load dramatically in his website, so that why I brought it up.--MiamiVolts (talk) 00:41, 24 September 2008 (EDT)
lasvegasniki com jpg Jpn translation
The first part (kurejitto kaado) is credit card. Then there's the two kanji (kaishi) and suru which is start. The last katakana say click (kurikku).--Rayhond (talk) 00:42, 27 September 2008 (EST)
- Thanks Rayhond! So loosely translated, it means "credit cards accepted; click start".--MiamiVolts (talk) 05:45, 27 September 2008 (EDT)
- Yep something along those lines. --Rayhond 00:12, 2 October 2008 (EDT)
- Thanks again.--MiamiVolts (talk) 00:25, 2 October 2008 (EDT)
- I figured out the kanji symbols: クレジットカードを開始するクリック -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 00:43, 2 October 2008 (EDT)
- Yeah, I saw you added it to the lasvegasniki.com article. Nicely done.--MiamiVolts (talk) 00:51, 2 October 2008 (EDT)
- Took me forever to find the actual characters for some of the symbols! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:04, 2 October 2008 (EDT)
- I can't update my Windows to read the characters, so it's great that you were able to find them.--MiamiVolts (talk) 01:12, 2 October 2008 (EDT)

2 cents?
Would you mind putting your 2 cents in here at the naming conventions page? Thanks --SacValleyDweller (talk) 02:43, 15 October 2008 (EDT)
- Ok, I've put a bit more than my 2 cents in... so are you planning to chirp in anytime soon? ;)--MiamiVolts (talk) 01:20, 16 October 2008 (EDT)
- Ok, my 2 cents is in with the $5 that's already there ;) --SacValleyDweller (talk) 01:48, 16 October 2008 (EDT)
- I've replied. Thanks again... it did look like it was time to archive that page, didn't it? Well, now I've archived it. :)--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:16, 16 October 2008 (EDT)

Need help fine tuning this page
I call on your skills for help again. I need the TOC I created for the [Ability Homology] page to look more like a normal TOC than it does now. Also, commented sections aside, does the page look like it's mainspace quality? --SacValleyDweller (talk) 00:41, 19 October 2008 (EDT)
- Ok, I added my comments to the related talk pages and the page is looking good.--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:04, 19 October 2008 (EDT)
Patroller
Thanks Miami, will do. See you around ten after the episode! Therequiembellishere 18:56, 20 October 2008 (EDT)
- Ok! BTW, when I leave a message to you on your user talk page, please reply there. Months or years later, when the comments wind up in our talk page archives, that will make it a heck of a lot easier to figure out what the messages were regarding.--MiamiVolts (talk) 19:01, 20 October 2008 (EDT)
Top template
I like it... :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:41, 22 October 2008 (EDT)
- Heh, I guess you should. It's kind of your idea. Thank ye. Thank ye. ;)--MiamiVolts (talk) 22:49, 22 October 2008 (EDT)
Re: Signature
| There's a bug in your new sig. You need to add a </span> at the end of it so that that the font change doesn't continue into the next person's comments.--MiamiVolts (talk) 17:17, 22 October 2008 (EDT) |
- Yeah i actually did it on purpose so the time would appear in smallfont too. I thought it wouldn't affect others, apparantely it did. I know added the tag to it. Thank you for your message. -- Futurepeter ( U - T - C ) 04:11, 23 October 2008 (EDT)
| Are you still having problems with your sig? There's a way around having to make a double edit for each comment: just use --~~~ (only three tildes and the server will not add the date). Then you can fix your signature to substitute in the date appropriately and not have it be doubled. Let me know by replying here if you need more specific instructions. PS: At Talk:Arthur Petrelli#Could Peter mimic Arthur? Hierarchy of powers?, you had left a comment and not added your sig at all, so I added it for you that time.--MiamiVolts (talk) 23:39, 30 October 2008 (EDT) |
- Hehe thank you for your message Miami. I removed the </span> tag from my signature. The double edits weren't neccesary, i get that now, it just slipped my mind that i could just use the --~~~~ with the </span> tag to close it, no other posts will be altered then. So it's fixed now.-- Futurepeter ( U - T - C ) 07:42, 31 October 2008
- I just added your signature to your above comment (you forgot to add it?). You can probably type "--~~~~</span>" each time, but that's a little bit of overkill, imho, as I think you may be to do that automatically by putting "{{subst:#time:H:i, j F Y|-4 hours}} (EDT) in your signature file (because of the substitution, that should save as a hard-coded time in your comments and not a varying one; see example/test). Also, if I leave a message on your talk page, please feel free to reply there. The cross-posting you are doing is not necessary, imho.--MiamiVolts (talk) 15:17, 31 October 2008 (EDT)
- If you're going to use the above now, you should probably use -5 hours and (EST) cause of the time change this past weekend.--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:50, 4 November 2008 (EST)

broadcast sched needs updating
looking at Tim's broadcast schedule, yours needs updating. --SacValleyDweller (talk) 01:42, 27 October 2008 (EDT)
- Thanks for the reminder. I just updated it as I think it should be based on current info... is there any confirmation that both parts of "The Eclipse" will air the same night? I think it's likely to be split to two different nights so I've marked it that way.--MiamiVolts (talk) 02:00, 27 October 2008 (EDT)
Need a little table help
On this page, I need to make a cell to span across all columns. The idea is just a personal page that outlines major things in each episode. I want there to be a cell that spans the table where I can put a header for the season or volume. Can you help? --SacValleyDweller (talk) 22:52, 2 November 2008 (EST)
- Looks like Ryan already got you covered. Thanks, Ryan!--MiamiVolts (talk) 00:43, 3 November 2008 (EST)

Contacting webisode cast and crew
You wrote a bunch of great articles for the new webisode cast and crew--thanks! Did you contact any of them at all? -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:44, 8 November 2008 (EST)
- You're welcome! I figured today was a good day to get a head start on those. :) As to your question, the answer is no. I did find a lot of contact info., but I figured that setting up interviews needs to be cleared by NBC first so I didn't send anything and wasn't planning to.--MiamiVolts (talk) 22:50, 8 November 2008 (EST)
- Good thinking. I just wanted to check with you to make sure nobody is being bombarded with emails today or anything. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 23:10, 8 November 2008 (EST)
Assignment Tracker Map - Alejandro
Hey MiamiVolts. Where did you find Alejandro on the map? I haven't been able to find him. I found a picture on the wiki under Poision Emission Neutralization of a Tip that is not verified that matches the entry you posted. Unfortunately for what was Alejandro's ability, it seems some believe that this fan-created entry for Alejandro is real.
Also, awesome job on the iStory summaries. Great work! --Heroes360 18:42, 10 November 2008 (EST)
- I haven't been able to load the assignment tracker map today. I assumed it was a verified tip based on it having a photo of Alejandro. If it's no longer on the map, we can revert the changes I guess. Thanks for the complement on my iStory summaries.--MiamiVolts (talk) 18:53, 10 November 2008 (EST)
- It's a fake. And not a very good one, at that. I reverted the edits. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 20:52, 10 November 2008 (EST)
