None.	+ Ando is the only one who remembers the "original" timeline where Hiro met Charlie only shortly before she was killed by Sylar. - Ando is next to Hiro at the Museum of Natural History, and Hiro is only able to slow time, not completely stop it (Godsend). + Hiro was unable to use his abilities at all before that - managing to slow down time may have been thanks to Ando. - When Hiro attempts to go back in time and save Charlie (Seven Minutes to Midnight), he moves back far further than the day he intended to, despite his proximity to Ando. + Ando may have amplified Hiro's powers so much that it caused Hiro to overshoot the date. + Peter begins to lose control of his powers sometime after meeting Ando (and unknowingly absorbing his power) on the night of Homecoming.

(How to Stop an Exploding Man) + Sylar has been shown as unable to tell whether or not someone has powers without outside information: he killed Jackie in the style he reserves for evolved humans, despite her being the wrong target, and only realized his mistake afterward. + He also didn't attempt to kill Hiro in Seven Minutes To Midnight, he only killed Charlie. + When Sylar telekinetically pinned Ando in How to Stop an Exploding Man, Sylar already had Isaac's precognitive ability so wouldn't need to gain that ability from Ando.
Ando will be promoted to Executive Vice President of Yamagato Industries.	None.	+ Ando developed a relationship with Executive Vice President Kimiko Nakamura. (Heroism is Found in the Heart, Part 2). Now that she is CEO of Yamagato Industries, she may offer him a promotion. - His interest in heroes may lead him to work at the Yamagato Fellowship instead. • There is no reason he cannot be Vice President of both Yamagato Industries and Yamagato Fellowship.
Ando is Angela and Kaito's son.	Kaito and Angela have had an affair in the past.	+ Kaito would have to give up the baby so his wife would not be suspicious. + If it were Hiro, I highly doubt that his wife would keep him if he wasn't hers. - It's highly unlikely Kaito would have let Ando pursue a relationship with his daughter if Ando was also his child.
Ando will discover the power his future incarnation uses to murder future Hiro in the current season, but use it for the power of good.	None.

Future Ando is an illusion created by an evolved human yet to be introduced, or a person such as Sylar or Peter mimicking these abilities, intended to trick Hiro. She, or someone with similar abilities, may have altered an evolved human who can shoot red bolts to look like Ando.

Future Ando is a hero and future Hiro is evil.	None.	+ Ando looked sad that he had to take Hiro out.
Hiro didn't kill Ando, using his power to only pretend to kill him.	None.	+ Hiro could have stop the time and prepare some kind of "special effect" on Ando, that it looks like he is killing him. - Daphne was there, meaning anything Hiro would have done with time stopped would have been noticed by her. + But Daphne clearly didn't want Ando to die, as we can see from her immediate reaction and her later conversation with Linderman / Maury Parkman. Maybe Hiro convinced her to play along. + Hiro so far has demonstrated the ability to bend space locally (teleporting Adam in and out of the coffin), it is likely that Hiro can also bend time locally (he did so in Season 1 when her reversed time to send a bullet back into its gun) So Hiro could reverse time on Ando so that he wasn't stabbed.
Hiro really killed Ando but is planning to go back in time and save him later (hoping, that he then knows enough to save the world without Daphne's and Knox' help).	None.	- Hiro never successfully travelled back in time to save someones life (except for Future Hiro saving Claire). + Isn't that a pretty big exception? • You seem to forget Charlie Andrews. - Future Hiro didn't save Claire himself, he just warned Peter and had him save her.
Hiro killed Ando aware of some unrevealed present-day betrayal (potentially, Ando working for The Company).	None.	+ Hiro had little reason to kill Ando outside of his future betrayal. - Hiro may not have called him a "friend" as he killed him if this were the case.
Hiro will revive Ando with Adam Monroe's blood. Upon coming back to life, Ando will become upset that Hiro killed him in the first place, even though he was revived, and this is what will cause the rift between them as seen in the Villains future.	None.	+ It is unlikely Ando will be left for dead with so many unanswered questions, such as the events seen in the Villains future. + We have definitely not seen the last of Adam Monroe. + This scenario seems to be the most likely cause of the alienation of Hiro and Ando, who are usually inseparable. - It is unlikely Hiro would have been planning this as he does not know where Adam is and would not have been sure he would be able to get Adams blood + He might not have been planning it. But it doesn't mean that he wouldn't think of it afterwards. He could also have not thought of the possibility of not being to obtain Adam's blood in the first place, and that recklessness would lead to Ando separating from Hiro.
