She was a woman from Madison, CA. Chandra noted, "I was hired at the dry cleaning store in subjects hometown. When she dropped off her laundry I went to search through the bag to get a few samples of" something. Chandra believed her power to be telepathy.
Notes
- A DNA sample isn't seen attached to his journal entry, but Chandra noted that he did get a few samples of something, possibly her hair
