Dawn Olivieri is the actress who portrays Lydia.

She has appeared in the television shows My Boys, Knight Rider, Trust Me, with Kristen Bell and Francis Capra in Veronica Mars, Cold Case, and Stargate: Atlantis, and appeared twice in How I Met Your Mother. Dawn has appeared in the movies Hydra, Devil's Den, and Paradise Lost. Dawn is also the voice of "Pepper Potts" in the animated series Avengers.
Trivia
- When she was young, Dawn had very short hair and describes herself as having "no curves" and "not feminine". She was given the nickname "Dan".
