If anyone can help out on this page and contribute their own stuff, I think it'd come out pretty cool. I just need ideas on how to keep it neat.

I don't want to make it a full blown page until someone other than me contributes.

My ideas for quality control would be videos only, and/or a gallery down bottom for snapshots. --Riddler 18:27, 21 October 2007 (EDT)

  • Just a note to say that this is coming along nicely. It almost makes me wish we had YouTube embedding.--Hardvice (talk) 18:42, 21 October 2007 (EDT)
    • Is the "See here" ok? --Riddler 18:43, 21 October 2007 (EDT)

I'm disapointed with how my illusion came out.

I wanted to do shapeshifting for the fan powers, but I couldn't find a good enough morph effect, so I did sort of a blur effect for illusion instead.--Riddler 21:40, 21 October 2007 (EDT)

  • The illusion was actually one of my favorites. :) (Admin 01:48, 25 October 2007 (EDT))
    • Honestly, my favorite was the tomatosis--it just made me smile! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 01:56, 25 October 2007 (EDT)
    • iawtc. And cute dog!--Hardvice (talk) 01:57, 25 October 2007 (EDT)
      • :D Thanks guys. And the dogs name is Eddie. He just chills. =P--Riddler 02:11, 25 October 2007 (EDT)

The gallery

Does it work well for it's purpose? I don't expect many people to make videos, but some people may want to contribute anyway... so if they add (decent looking photos) they can get their recognition... does my Precognition example suit that well?--Riddler 19:50, 22 October 2007 (EDT)

  • Even just one word of advice?--Riddler 22:21, 22 October 2007 (EDT)
    • Now that's it's calmed down a bit, anyone have any input?--Riddler 23:54, 22 October 2007 (EDT)
      • I give up on asking. x.x--Riddler 18:00, 23 October 2007 (EDT)
        • Don't give up, it just sometimes takes a few days for us to catch every post, especially now that we're hitting record numbers. The gallery looks good, but one thing you might consider doing is improving the quality of the screenshots. Some are very dark, and some are very orange. Perhaps try playing with the levels and colors. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 18:11, 23 October 2007 (EDT)
        • Agreed. Awesome job with the different effects though, I like them. I think your next one (that should be easy) should be TK with a cup like Sylar.--Bob (talk) 04:38, 24 October 2007 (EDT)
          • I'm not the best with levels and colors, unfortunatley I don't have a decent camera to work with... and I've been thinking about TK, but it's actually fairly difficult considering the effects... I'd need an invisible string, or I'd have to do it frame by frame... the former would be easier but less realistic. I'm thinking technopathy next, or maybe enhanced speed. Hmm.. Also, if you guys can get a camera or a video camera, do some powers so I can move all of mine into Empathic Mimicry. =P--Riddler 20:20, 24 October 2007 (EDT)
            • Fishing wire. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:33, 24 October 2007 (EDT)
              • I figured as much, but I don't have a fishing pole or any fishing gear... I don't think. -goes out to shed---Riddler 21:34, 24 October 2007 (EDT)
                • Really powerful magnets. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:43, 24 October 2007 (EDT)
                  • XD. I'll see what I can do. I think the two I mentioned before might be the last two easy powers to do... Strength would be too but I'm not that strong in general.--Riddler 21:46, 24 October 2007 (EDT)
                    • Wouldn't telepathy be pretty easy? Enhanced memory, too. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:08, 24 October 2007 (EDT)
                      • Telepathy yes, but Enhance Memory I can't think of a way to make too interesting. Powers like Memory, Bliss and Horror, Clairvoyance... etc... they're easy to imitate, but in the long run they're not fun to watch. I mean, I loved Charlie, but all she did was name some numbers and learn a language... Bliss and Horror is acting dependant, and Clairvoyance is "They're riiiiighhtt.... HERE!" >_<--Riddler 00:51, 25 October 2007 (EDT)
          • Yanno, you should do what the effects people did for technopathy in FoF and just turn on the TV with a remote with your hand up to it. And for TK, one thing you might consider is tilting a camera and having an uneven surface, so it appears like a flat table, and the cup slides to your hand. You can try cryo too with some ice cubes haha. (I don't have a camera or any video software :-( )--Bob (talk) 01:37, 25 October 2007 (EDT)
        • The technopathy thing was what I had in mind, but the TK thing is actuaslly a very good idea. Hmm...--Riddler 01:44, 25 October 2007 (EDT)

Power suggestions

I figured I'd add a section for suggestions. I'm sure not all will be feasible, but at least it may generate some thought.

  • Cryokinesis - I was thinking about the idea of taking a cup of water and placing it somewhere cold and doing time-lapse photography to show it freezing. Time consuming, but it could work. (Admin 02:20, 25 October 2007 (EDT))
  • Induced radioactivity - With the right effect this could be pretty easy since it would be similar to pyrokinesis. (Admin 02:20, 25 October 2007 (EDT))
  • Electronic data transception - Not the most glamorous, but pretty easily done say with a shot of someone watching a computer while someone off-screen controls it with a wireless keyboard and mouse. :) (Admin 02:20, 25 October 2007 (EDT))
  • How about chronokinesis? Either take two shots of the same scene with different things/people moving in each one and then at one point pause one while the other keeps going. That or you can employ fishing wire or get a friend to hold really still. --PeterDawson 01:40, 30 October 2007 (EDT)
  • Invisibility - Should be as easy as illusion.--Bob (talk) 06:09, 12 November 2007 (EST)
    • I'm working on invisibility at the moment. I don't want a simple fade for this one. I'm trying to learn the masking so I get that glassy effect.--Riddler 01:00, 14 November 2007 (EST)
  • Anybody know the term for removing-someones-skull-and-then-beating-them-to-death-with-it-before-they-die-of-not-having-a-skull-to-protect-their-brain would be called? agent Texas in red vs blue had that ability. --UrNoob 20:42, 28 November 2008 (EST)

Very cute, Bob.

You have as much hotness as those Herrera twins. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 03:16, 25 October 2007 (EDT)

  • This is what happens when I can't sleep after work. If only I had a camera, I could do some funny vid's. --Bob (talk) 03:17, 25 October 2007 (EDT)
    • Yay, contributions!--Riddler 17:27, 25 October 2007 (EDT)

My Photokinesis flash

For some reason it seems faster on youtube. Think I should slow it down and reupload it? --PeterDawson 01:50, 30 October 2007 (EDT)

  • I watched it but I couldn't tell what you were doing. It also says the video is 0 seconds long so reuploading would be good. Rayhond 21:34, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
    • Sorry I didn't catch this. If it's just a photo with added brightness, do it in as a gallery addition rather than a video. But definitely re-upload it if it's supposed to be a full video, youtube broke it.--Riddler 21:39, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
  • New one uploaded. It isn't actually a picture, just a slowed down video. --PeterDawson 19:40, 7 November 2007 (EST)

Video Editor

Hey Riddler, you got a link to a good video editor or a tutorial on how to use a simple program like Window Movie Maker to make partial disolves? --PeterDawson 16:31, 30 October 2007 (EDT)

I always just google everything. Most of my videos are simple fade effects. I use Sony Vegas 7, occasionally WMM 'cause it's easier for simple stuff. I don't know much about partial dissolves, but if you were to film two scenes in the exact same position, only the extra peice (a person, for example) would dissolve, as the rest of the scene is the same.--Riddler 14:58, 31 October 2007 (EDT)

Telekinesis look good?

Or does it look too obvious of reversed footage?--Riddler 20:18, 31 October 2007 (EDT)

  • Nah. I thought it looked pretty natural. Or as natural as telekenisis can be.Rayhond 22:07, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
  • The throw actually makes it look like you're catching an object which is still moving, which works perfectly for TK.--Hardvice (talk) 22:09, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
    • =] - I'm gonna do at least two more TK demonstrations. I have some fishing wire but it's too thick so you can see it, and the other one is dependant on someone acting for me.--Riddler 22:17, 1 November 2007 (EDT)

Electrowhateveryouwannacallit.

I know it's not that good of an effect... if anyone knows how to use Adobe After effects, please give me tips, as it's the only program I found you can do electricity and it's hard as hell to use. --Riddler 21:29, 1 November 2007 (EDT)

  • It actually looks pretty cool.--Hardvice (talk) 21:57, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
    • Heh, thanks - it's unbearably short though, and it doesn't move with my hand. I can't figure that part out.--Riddler 22:06, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
      • Personally, I love how stoic you are in all your videos. :| -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:18, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
        • Not sure if that's compliment or insult, but I'm tryyying to act like it's not a big deal that I have powers. >_>;--Riddler 22:20, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
          • Definitely not an insult. Your vacant expression adds a lot of character in the same way that Bill Murray's drawn face makes me laugh, or Bob Newhart's droll voice adds to the enjoyment. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:24, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
            • Haha, I'm still not sure how to take it. Once I'm more comfortable with my editing skills, I'll make longer videos with more expression. :-D--Riddler 22:28, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
        • More electromagnekinesgenesismanipulationgeneration. Please give some feedback, this took a long time to make. Electricity effects are hard. --Riddler 22:07, 2 November 2007 (EDT)
          • Looks very good. You're a regular Ryan Wieber! -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:22, 2 November 2007 (EDT)
            • Haha, another time I can't tell if it's insult or compliment. The effects in season two haven't been that good! Kidding. =P--Riddler 22:28, 2 November 2007 (EDT)
              • Compliment. Check out some of the videos at his website. Then, of course, there's always RvD. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:48, 2 November 2007 (EDT)
                • I was joking ;) --Riddler 22:51, 2 November 2007 (EDT)

Cryokinesis, if anyone wants to try it.

I found an interesting video online earlier, about supersaturation and Sodium Acetate. See here - It looks like it's turning into ice, so it'd work for the effect. My problem is I don't have any money to get Sodium Acetate (you can buy it online). So if anyone is into those little science experiments and wants to add their own power on this page, go for it. Just make your act convincing. --Riddler 20:25, 4 November 2007 (EST)

  • why not just buy two glasses or ice cube dishes that look the same, freeze the contents of one, then pause the, holding your pose, while someone else rapidly swaps the two? --PeterDawson 15:40, 5 November 2007 (EST)
  • I suppose there is that too. I thought the above effect was pretty cool in that you can watch it crystalize.--Riddler 15:43, 5 November 2007 (EST)

Suggestion

Rob,

I was wondering if we could move this article to a more open location under the categorie "Fan Creations". I tried to do it, but it would be better to consult you guys first. Wouldn't it be great that we were like the Heroes of Heroes-wiki because of our own special effects-clips. The title could be "Heroeswiki Heroes". That way we can move it from your user-space.

I like the whole concept of this article. Let's hope the admin think so too !

Y. DarthYotho 17:25, 6 November 2007 (EST)

  • Yeah, best to discuss it first. If consensus is that it should be moved into the main namespace then make sure the article gets moved (using the move link at the top of the page) rather than just copied and pasted so that the edit history is preserved. Also if it's moved the article needs to be renamed "Heroes Wiki Heroes" since the name of the site is Heroes Wiki. (Admin 17:27, 6 November 2007 (EST))
  • Thanks for your quick reply and assistance back there, I was about to re-think the whole case and then I got an "edit conflict" so I knew the higher powers interviened (or how you call it :P). But I agree with the new title "Heroes Wiki Heroes".

Let's wait for the others to reply. DarthYotho 17:29, 6 November 2007 (EST)

  • There are no higher powers here. Everyone's essentially the same power. :) (Admin 17:31, 6 November 2007 (EST))

Alright, let's move it to a mainspace.

But only if it's already with the admins. Yoeri is right, it'll attract more people when it shows up in Fan Creations. I'll make a brief edit to the introduction paragraph and wait on the admins' word. In the meantime, any suggestions for a different name maybe? --Riddler 16:27, 7 November 2007 (EST)

  • Now that Admin is online, maybe I'll bump this a little >_>;--Riddler 21:25, 7 November 2007 (EST)
    • I think it looks good to me. Go for it. If there are any problems I'm sure they'll be discussed, but I don't see anything wrong with this. Just make sure it's named "Heroes Wiki Heroes" and you'll be good. (Admin 21:45, 7 November 2007 (EST))
      • Good? Also, how do I get it into Fan creations?--Riddler 22:00, 7 November 2007 (EST)
        • I'll have a look once I'm home. DarthYotho 06:41, 8 November 2007 (EST)
        • (sees) It has already been done  looks good. I'll add more footage once I'm done with filming and the production of it all. DarthYotho 16:47, 8 November 2007 (EST)

so Tomatosis

well, in medical lingo means an infection of a removed organ, tumor, or other part kind of sort of. just funny.Random guy 02:33, 10 November 2007 (EST)

  • I didn't invent the power. But who knows, maybe it'll spawn into Plant growth?--Riddler 15:34, 11 November 2007 (EST)

Fan Powers

Well, a bunch of the powers got removed in favor of a redirect to a category. What do you want to do in light of this? --PeterDawson 16:36, 16 November 2007 (EST)

My photokinesis

I have to give DarthYotho credit here. He did the right (you're left) hand for me up until the brightest glow so I could learn how to do the rest. Thanks Yoeri.--Riddler 20:42, 17 November 2007 (EST)

  • Also, can we archive the rest of this page? I don't know how. x.x--Riddler 20:42, 17 November 2007 (EST)
  • Well it certainly kicked the pants out of mine. I friend of mine is going to hook me up with a version of Sony Vegas (I think he said 7) in a few days so hopefully I'll be able to stop doing simple vids. Oh, and sorry about the copy-catting, but in my defense I did do a few things differently. --PeterDawson 21:46, 17 November 2007 (EST)
    • lmao, I was only kidding about the copy-catting. But you ARE the third Empath now ;) - In any case, for this effect, I used Adobe After Effects with a little bit of Yoeri's help. 30 day trial.--Riddler 21:50, 17 November 2007 (EST)
      • I didn't do it via Empathic Mimicry, I took the brains of people the Company murdered that they preserved in jars, the sick freaks. I'm building up a power arsenal so I can battle them. --PeterDawson 22:01, 17 November 2007 (EST)
        • SYLAR DAWSON! Me and you might have to fight in Kirby Plaza!--Riddler 22:05, 17 November 2007 (EST)
          • Yes, my full name is Peter Sylar Dawson. As for Kirby, its booked, so lets fight at Shuster Plaza. You get points if you know which Shuster I mean. --PeterDawson 22:13, 17 November 2007 (EST)
            • DC Comics artist. :D--Riddler 22:45, 17 November 2007 (EST)
              • +5 points to you! --PeterDawson 22:53, 17 November 2007 (EST)

Kinesokinesiakinesis

Hey Riddler, I recently did a video featuring Kinesokinesiakinesis. I'm curious whether or not you'd deem it acceptable for the page. Here is the link. --PeterDawson 20:48, 17 November 2007 (EST)

    • Triple the list with random Kinesis' and try to make it not faded out list, make them appear on the wall or a screen or something. =P--Riddler 20:52, 17 November 2007 (EST)
    • Kinesissickness1.jpg and Kinesissickness2.jpg click to enlarge --PeterDawson 22:20, 17 November 2007 (EST)
      • Hmm... maybe focus, have the computer print out that page, then have someone else read it for the "create intense feelings of pain, dread, and boredom in others" part. --Riddler 22:29, 17 November 2007 (EST)
        • Also, suggestion for your other videos: When you stop the camera to make something vanish, make sure the camera is in the same spot when you continue. What I do is film one continuous shot, then cut out everything in between, so that the camera never moves.--Riddler 20:53, 17 November 2007 (EST)
        • Yeah, I figured that out. My teleporation bit was made up only of two shots, when originally I'd filmed it with four, then realized the error as I tried to edit it. Good tip. --PeterDawson 21:29, 17 November 2007 (EST)
        • "Autodefenestrokinesis", for the curious, is the ability to throw oneself out a window. Work that in for your victim and you'll be my new Internet best friend.--Hardvice (talk) 22:43, 17 November 2007 (EST)
          • l. o. effing. l. XD--Riddler 22:45, 17 November 2007 (EST)
          • Wanna be the victim? All you need to do is take 2 pictures, one of you reading the list or something and one of you involving the window. I figure it fits since you're tied to the power. Plus then your known power for this page can be Autodefenestrokinesis. --PeterDawson 22:53, 17 November 2007 (EST)
            • If you lived closer I'd say lets film it, but I don't have a window I can climb out of, we have these sills on all the windows that would break easily. x.x I don't want this page overloaded in the Kinesis' anyway, so let's stick with Kinesi...you know what I mean. =P--Riddler 22:59, 17 November 2007 (EST)

Power In the Works

Powers in the Works: None at this current time (Update this when you've got a video/gallery planned out)

  • There is a list right on the side of the main page already =P--Riddler 23:00, 17 November 2007 (EST)
    • Better? I thought it would be handy to have another copy, but I guess it is redundant. --PeterDawson 23:38, 17 November 2007 (EST)
      • Powers in the works is alright. I plan on doing flight and rapid cell regeneration. Two of the harder ones considering I don't own a green screen.--Riddler 23:40, 17 November 2007 (EST)
        • You can use a Blue Screen, or a Red Screen. In fact, I recommend a Blue Screen if you're going to wear red, or want better texture for any fake blood you might use. As for me, I'm going to try and recruit some more friends so we can do stuff like Enhanced Strength and Telepathy. --PeterDawson 23:55, 17 November 2007 (EST)
          • I don't have any screen. I did find a video on how to make a cheap blue screen, but I have a different idea in mind for flight.--Riddler 23:53, 17 November 2007 (EST)

New video's that are coming up

Because I'm kinda lacking time ... I haven't been posting any new effects vids. on youtube and of course here. But I'm doin' a couple of new effects, still got tricks up my sleave. Another factor for the delay is me searching for a greenscreen .. but I'm planing on making my own.

- A mirror effect, yoeri get's haunted by an alter ego and is almost overpowered.

- A confrontation in a Alley by a Company Agent with the new Hero. And I gotta tell ya .. sparks are coming right off of this one :P

- A video which kinda sets back time for our Hero Yoeri.

- And after all of these vids .. it get's black before his eyes.

That's all for now that I'm planning, but I'm also thinking about a healing video. I'll post a preview picture soon enough.

  • Based on my newest test, I'll be doing precognition soon.--Riddler 18:45, 21 November 2007 (EST)

Alchemy

I need some feedback on this one, I spent a good while on it with technical difficulties.--Riddler 22:03, 18 November 2007 (EST)

  • Looks great. How'd you do it? I also liked your kitchen...and your spoon. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:06, 18 November 2007 (EST)
    • Alot of pain for this one. The masking wouldn't cooperate, but I finally figured it out 20 minutes ago. Started small, then expanded it outward and made it follow. Mixed green and red shadows/midtones/highlights and preserved luminosity for the gold effect.--Riddler 22:09, 18 November 2007 (EST)
      • Nicely done. Next time you can try a fork. :) -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:19, 18 November 2007 (EST)
        • XD Maybe. Right now I need to figure out how to lift something while invisible.--Riddler 22:20, 18 November 2007 (EST)
          • Easy solution: make the object invisible too. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:22, 18 November 2007 (EST)
            • Nahw, I'm thinking moreover a giant pole like Peter vs. Claude.--Riddler 22:23, 18 November 2007 (EST)
  • I'm mixed on it as while it is impressive and I can't do better (unlike the times when you've critiqued my videos) you can see some of the original spoon when you twirl it at the end. But yeah, I suggest something more grand, like a fork, chair, person or car. Heck, maybe a house. --PeterDawson 22:39, 18 November 2007 (EST)
    • Pfffft, it's a reflection. >_>; Actually just an oversite before uploading, but it's so quick I thought it was barely noticable.--Riddler 22:49, 18 November 2007 (EST)
      • I guess barely is too much. --PeterDawson 01:47, 19 November 2007 (EST)
        • I'll try to fix it tommorow morning =[--Riddler 02:04, 19 November 2007 (EST)

I just have a suggestion for the wording on the page itself. Your example under Alcemy [sic] (should be AlcHemy) says something like, "Riddler turns a spoon into gold". A spoon is not a chemical compound...silver is, but not spoon. Would suggest changing it to, "Riddler turns a silver spoon into a golden one/spoon" Choytw -- Talk 16:12, 19 December 2008 (EST)

Bob's ability gallery

Can we name the gallery to Bob's gallery: Maya's ability? ...I at first thought it was a gallery for fan Alchemy, then I realized it was the user Bob.--MiamiVolts (talk) 22:35, 18 November 2007 (EST)

  • You're very right. I'll go fix it now. Sorry Bob. =P--Riddler 22:39, 18 November 2007 (EST)
  • I'd let Bob make that decision...but how about Baldbobbo's gallery? -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:41, 18 November 2007 (EST)
    • Well it was a play on words on Maya's ability (it was written Bob's Ability Gallery), the others I used the name of the power. We should probably keep it the name of the power if it's an official name from the show.--Riddler 22:47, 18 November 2007 (EST)
      • Well, I originally had Maya's Bob's Ability, but the toc didn't look good. I think that when it describes it it's listed as Maya's Ability, then the gallery has it under my name. I kinda like it that way, and was going to change it once we name Maya's. Whatever y'all want though, I don't care either way. Just trying to be funny.--Bob (talk) 00:27, 19 November 2007 (EST)
        • Nothing against you at all, trust me, I liked it so I didn't change it, but I figured once someone said something it'd be time to change it. --Riddler 00:44, 19 November 2007 (EST)

Wow, a good few things have been added.

I haven't been here in a while. Since my AE trial ended, I haven't been doing any editing. Good stuff guys. Thank you for keeping this up. And damn you Yoeri! I wanted to do flight. =P--Riddler 22:46, 14 February 2008 (EST)

  • He could of replicated your own power of flight, you realize. --PeterDawson 22:39, 15 February 2008 (EST)
    • That is true, but I don't have my editing programs anymore =[--Riddler 19:41, 17 February 2008 (EST)
      • Torrent that stuff! --PeterDawson 21:37, 19 February 2008 (EST)
        • I don't condone piracy. Also, Yoeri, that's not Adoptive Muscle Memory... you should relist that as Empathic Mimicry.--Riddler 12:23, 3 March 2008 (EST)

Another question?

I know im probably getting annoying now ¬_¬ but im having some problems with adobe after effects, could anyone help? --(. .') 05:04, 15 March 2008 (EDT)

  • And seeing as you lot are amazing with effects etc i thought who better to ask... --(. .') 05:19, 15 March 2008 (EDT)
    • What specifically is your problem? --PeterDawson 02:06, 16 March 2008 (EDT)
      • Well when i save it, it can only save as an adobe project file and as that file its incapitable for moviemaker or youtube which means i cant post it to show off my skills and get feedback... --(. .') 15:09, 17 March 2008 (EDT)
        • I believe After Effects you have to Export it to finalize it. If not, find an option for "render as". I don't remember.--Riddler 16:58, 17 March 2008 (EDT)

Semi-Related.

Since it'll be a while before we see Heroes again, and I can only do so many powers, here are some other effects.

What do you guys think?--Riddler 21:29, 18 March 2008 (EDT)

  • Awesome! Im working on a small ball of electricity in my hand with after FX atm, would you mind telling me how you made the electricity for your electromagnetism video? --(. .') 12:40, 19 March 2008 (EDT)

Hey again, guys.

Hey everyone. I came by to check on the page again as I'm working on two new test videos (me and my friends are going to be doing a full fledged Heroes parody/movie soon), and I cleaned it up a bit. Yoeri, I corrected your "Adoptive Muscle Memory." Though your intent and effect of it were for Adoptive Muscle Memory, saying it's advanced would turn it into a fan power since it's never been shown on the show to work like that. So I made it Empathic Mimicry, which means you're the lucky person who gets to claim they're an empath first. Haha.

Also, to Rocky and anyone who wants to add to this page, please have an example if you're going to add a power or list yourself. Try to keep descriptions short as well (sorry I shortened all your things Yoeri).--Riddler 18:03, 11 May 2008 (EDT)

  • Riddler, is that your unsigned comment??? I added Rocky's TK example for him. I hope you don't mind.--MiamiVolts (talk) 18:01, 11 May 2008 (EDT)
    • Ha, sorry I forgot to sign. Yeah, it's me. =P Rocky didn't add his example, he just listed alot of powers, so I didn't know he had one. If there is a decent example it's more than welcome. =] Can you do me a favor though? Since I see the link is to an image, can you stick that in the gallery and link it as "See the gallery"? I'd do it myself but my computers a bit of a spaz with pictures lately.--Riddler 18:03, 11 May 2008 (EDT)
      • Ok, all set I think, and I added some more I found on his youtube. I left off his astral bilocation, clairsentience, and astral projection since they are mostly repeat effects.--MiamiVolts (talk) 18:49, 11 May 2008 (EDT)
        • While his effects are ok, the quality of his videos are painful. His clairvoyance and precognition gave me a headache.--Riddler 01:15, 12 May 2008 (EDT)
          • Unfortunately, I had to remove all of Rocky's videos as his Youtube accounts were closed.--MiamiVolts (talk) 17:30, 13 May 2008 (EDT)
            • o_O Any reason why?--Riddler 18:35, 13 May 2008 (EDT)
              • Not sure. Can only speculate that Youtube wised up and noticed he had more than one.--MiamiVolts (talk) 18:44, 13 May 2008 (EDT)

I'm back.

Hey guys, sorry for my inactivity as of late, but I'm back. I'm getting a new computer soon so I should be producing videos much more often. For now, I just learned phasing. And as an update, I'm working on a full movie for these too, but it won't just be me, my friends are gonna be in it as well. --Riddler 10:52, 7 September 2008 (EDT)

    • Can anyone give me feedback on the second Regeneration? I really am proud of how it came out. :X--Riddler 00:46, 17 September 2008 (EDT)

I added a picture...

In the Luminescence Gallery. I know the standard for this page is extremely high, so if its not good enough, you can remove it :/ --(. .') 15:33, 27 September 2008 (EDT)

Any suggestions to shrink the gallery sizes?

Anyone? Lightning is kinda getting flooded.--Riddler 22:10, 9 November 2008 (EST)

  • Looks fine to me. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:11, 9 November 2008 (EST)
    • Ah, ok. I was just getting a little worried that the page might have a little too much content for people with slower connections and stuff like that. If it's fine, then cool. =P--Riddler 22:14, 9 November 2008 (EST)
      • If anybody else is having a problem with it, we could hide the gallery in a collapsible table (see below)...but I don't suggest it. There are a lot of other pages on the wiki with much larger galleries than this page. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 22:26, 9 November 2008 (EST)

Fan powers...

  • Would anyone be opposed to removing the fan powers from this page? The page was originally intended for all power re-creations and fan powers, but I don't know, I don't feel comfortable with it anymore. I kind of feel like it should be limited to any canonical power; On screen, Novel, iStory, etc.--Riddler 16:28, 16 April 2009 (EDT)
    • About the gallery thingie above here ... I agree with the solution Ryan just gave us. It is the answer to your problem Riddler (Rob :P). But right now I want to bring something else to the table which is about the fanpower issue. There are two seperate Fan Creation pages. One for Fanfic Powers and one for the Heroes Wiki Heroes. The two are simulair in a way, but the difference is/was that Heroes Wiki Heroes was more based upon the Canon-abilities. I personally imagined the Heroes Wiki Heroes page as a place which features heroeswiki users/fans who do effects featuring the canon-abilities and could post them there along with photogaleries and summary's. With the idea of them sort of becoming a part in the Heroes storyline ... turning themself into these fictional Evolved Humans in a way.

But now with al of the fan powers added I feel like the original Fan Powers page (with the hand down the throat thingie) is sort of assimulating a part of the Heroes Wiki Page as well like the Borg lol. I hope the community agrees with me and sees this happening as well. I hope the Heroes Wiki Heroes page can return to how it was in the beginning with Heroeswiki users applying there and sort of write themselfs into the Heroes Universe with abilities. Doing that through video's, gallery's and what I recently did (but is still limited to my profile) write down small storylines. Like fan webisodes.

Hope we can get this sorted out.DarthYotho 17:58, 16 April 2009 (EDT)

      • Anybody? And yes, I'll even remove my own fan power(s).--Riddler 14:39, 20 April 2009 (EDT)
        • I think removing them is a good idea. You can put them in fan powers. --posted by Laughingdevilboy

Sound manipulation merging with Pyrokinesis?

Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I can't fix it.--Riddler 15:52, 13 October 2009 (EDT)
