| history = Semmie's mother died at the cause of cancer when Semmie was just 5 years old. Her father got remarried a few years later. Semmie's stephmother beat her and made her do all chores in and around the house. after she hid a camera in the house and recorded her stephmother beating her, she showed the tape to her father, who divorced his second wife. She swore revenge and so hit Semmie with her car months later. Semmie spend 3 months in the hospital, and somehow her hearing system was heavily damaged, leaving her hearing impared. Sometime after this was made known to her, her ability manifested, starting her new life. | psych = Being a social outcast, Semmie turned to music as company. When her ability manifested, she used it to get some attention for her music and later herself. Though she was in control of her ability, she once got in an argument with someone and unintentionally used her ability and created a blast that almost killed the guy. She dissappeard for two years before she was relocated at a school somewhere in Nevada. Company agents Donna Dunlap and Eric Thompson Jr. where send to bring Katty in but failed when she created an earthquake that destroyed the highway they were on and her school in the process, killing at least 103 people who were inside during the earthquake. |

Agent Noah Bennet and the Hatian where send after Martin and succeded in capturing her. She was looked up in a Level Five security cell but escaped with the other Level Five prisoners during the breakout. |
