Charles Deveaux is said to be part of an older group of Heroes. This group was smaller because the evolution of the heroes grew over time, meaning that only certain individuals had powers at the time. This group tried to help others for the greater good, but eventually disbanded out of greed. The group's members included Charles, Angela Pettreli, Linderman, and Kaito Nakamura (Hiro's Father). |
