Ventura is the son of Samuel Ventura, the founder and leader of the Ventura Group. His participation on the assault on Primatech's headquarters supports the theory of the existence of a secret organization fronted by his father's business empire. We managed to capture Ventura after the incident. He proved uncooperative during interrogation, playing with our agents and leading them to traps and dead ends. Under observation, he managed to fool our specialists into believing his only ability was electric manipulation, which helped him overpass our agents' efforts and escape when finally displaying his true abilities. Intelligence has been following him during the last few months. He is believed to be involved in a series of evolved human abductions around Europe and South America, presumably a recruitment campaign for Ventura's organization. He is currently in New York City going after an unknown target.
Subject demonstrated rebellious and agressive tendencies during his capture. However, while being under custody he displayed a passive but manipulative side, constantly lying and expressing joy in fooling our agents. Despite of his apparent sociopathic and sadistic personality, he also displayed a human and compassive side, leaving all of the agents he attacked alive and even saving one from death. He demonstrates a high control over his ability, but his unexpected use of them makes him extremely dangerous. Extreme caution must be exercised if encountering Ventura.
