Kindred
After seeing Alejandro trying to steal a car, he gives chase and arrested him. He brought him to the Mexican police station. Later, when Maya approached him to get his brother and revealed that she is wanted, Garcia and his partner, Hernandez, tried to arrest Maya but was killed by Maya's virus. He was later revived by Alejandro's ability.
