There have been several blood recipients in Heroes.

Nathan Petrelli is given an injection of Adam's blood, and regenerates from massive radiation burns. (Four Months Ago...)
Noah Bennet is given an injection of Claire's blood, and regenerates from a fatal gunshot wound to the eye. (Cautionary Tales)
Diane, the seventh wife of Adam Monroe, is injected with some of his blood after she is stricken with tuberculosis. (The Ten Brides of Takezo Kensei)

Molly Walker is given a transfusion of Mohinder's blood to counteract the virus. (The Hard Part)
A teenage patient receives Mohinder's blood. (Blackout, Part 1)
