So how can you be involved? Well, if you're in the Southern California area, you can be in the studio audience—just contact me and I'll make sure you get in. Not near LA? Then two other options exist for you. I believe you can go to Stickam, where you can be selected to do live videos that will air. If that doesn't work for you, then G4 is also accepting viewer mail through Stickam, where you can gush about the show, drool over Peter's pecs, salivate over Niki's assets, tell all the minutiae you noticed, and send all your wildest theories. I'm pretty psyched about being part of this, and about a new resource to give us depth into Heroes |

The Post Show is a weekly half-hour segment on G4 Saturday evenings at 11 pm EST. G4 reairs each episode five days after it airs on NBC. The Post Show follows each airing, and presents an in-depth look at the world of Heroes.

The Post Show is a live, half-hour wrap-up show which premieres Saturday, November 3, 2007. The show features multiple interactive and web-enabled elements, including live chats and polls, interviews with cast and crew members, and tips on what to look for in upcoming episodes. G4 viewers are able to take part in the live and interactive show; fans are able to use web cams and instant messaging to join in live discussions, voice their opinions, and provide theories on how future episodes will play out. G4 accepts fan submissions for The Post Show using Stickam
