John Glover is the American actor who portrays Samson Gray.
About
John Glover, Jr. is perhaps best known for playing the roles of numerous villains in film and television, his most widely acknowledged role being that of the late "Lionel Luthor" in the Smallville series. He has starred in several other segments as well, including well known roles in Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Annie Hall, Numb3rs, Frasier, Brimstone, Batman and Robin, Batman: The Animated Series, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, to name a few.
Glover's repertoire also expands to the stage as he has acted in a variety of plays. He won a Tony Award for his performance in the Broadway play Love! Valour! Compassion!
Aside from his role as Sylar's father in Heroes, Glover can also be seen on ABC'S Brothers & Sisters where he stars in the role of "Henry", the boyfriend of "Saul Holden".
