"{{{text}}}" returns no results, despite the fact that "Pam" is included in the text of quite a few pages, and is even part of the title of a page. -- RyanGibsonStewart (talk) 21:59, 15 November 2007 (EST)

• A few things about case sensitivity: one, the first letter is always case insensitive. Not much help with multi-word titles, but it helps a bit. The article naming convention is for lower-case words except for proper nouns and explicit titles, which also helps a bit. Now, there are ways around case sensitivity in templates (you can check for matches with both upper- and lower-case examples, or you can force terms to be upper- or lower-case for logic using ucfirst and lcfirst, but I don't know of a way to get the same effect when searching, unfortunately.--Hardvice (talk) 22:03, 15 November 2007 (EST)
