Piper Johanssen is a version of Piper in The World Entire universe. She is a Special and a former agent of the Pinehearst Company.
Character History
Volume One: Cataclysm
Piper was an agent of the Pinehearst Company. She fights as part of Claire Bennet's team during the Port Reyes Prison Breakout, using her elastic powers to fight off inmates. However, the inmates prove to be too strong for the combined forces of Pinehearst and Primatech. They are saved by the Powered Legion.
Piper is visibly disturbed by Arthur's treatment of the depowered Barbara Zimmerman. She however still takes part in Hartsdale Offensive, easily slipping by Lyle Bennet. She makes it to Primatech Hartsdale's atrium, where she faces off against Ryan Covington, but is handcuffed when Gabriel Gray chills her. She escapes, but encounters Sparrow Redhouse and Victor Abano as they try to take down Flint Gordon. After a long fight and the help of a fire extinguisher, Piper and Flint are put in a cell. Flint burns a hole in the wall, but only just in time to see The Haitian defeat Arthur and Claire's abandonment, leaving her to flee with the rest of Pinehearst's agents.
She and the other Pinehearst agents arrive at the Pinehearst Headquarters to find it burning to the ground. Their company destroyed, they are left to charge a new course in life. Piper, along with Edward Pall decide to join the Powered Legion. However, after only one day of duty, the Epidemic robs them of their powers. Col. Kendrick has them accompany him to his rendezvous with Gen. Pradasa, where they offer their services to him.
Volume One: Cataclysm
By 2015, Piper is now an agent of the Primatech Barstow, partnered with Zach Kline. She spent two years in the Army, having transferred there from the defunct Powered Legion, and was reinjected with the Formula, returning her powers.
Special Abilities
Piper has the ability to stretch, deform, expand and contract her body. She uses her ability frequently, often to her advantage in combat. She is notoriously hard to pin down or handcuff. She also uses her ability casually, walking with overt limberness or wrapping her arm around someone jovially.
