Avy was born in Lawrence, KS and was raised by a loving family. At the age of eleven her ability manifested. She could sense any form of danger, even things that people wouldn't really consider dangerous, like when the water would be to hot, or when her least favorite teacher would start asking questions.

At the age of sixteen she developed her ability to the point that she avoid the danger with ease, in a way that she could easily see a way to escape the danger.

By the time that she was brought into the Company at age nineteen, she was capable of using enhanced speed en strength, but only when danger was near, these two side effects allowed her to easily run away or fight the danger. After five years working for the Company she disovered another side effect, enhanced senses. When danger was near her senses would get stronger and better, better sight and even telescopic vision, better hearing and better smell. She left the Company after she talked with Company agent Noah Bennet, saying something about not feeling safe within the Comapny any more.
