About
Collision
Hiro and Ando arrive in Las Vegas, and Ando's attention is quickly caught by the Montecito Casino; he wants to go gambling. Niki and Micah are at the same casino, and are escorted upstairs to visit Miss Sakamoto concerning the money Niki owes Linderman. She's told that he will forgive her debt if she does a "favor" for him.
Nathan bumps into Niki. They start to hit it off, and eventually end up talking in Nathan's room. While talking, Niki tells Nathan that her husband is a criminal and ran off. She also tells Nathan about her son. Nathan tells Niki that he has a wife and kids. Nathan kisses her, but she tells him she "can't", and she ends up amicably leaving.
As Niki is waiting for the elevator, Jessica takes control. When the doors open, one of Mr. Linderman's thugs grabs her and assaults her for not doing what she was sent to do. The henchman tries to threaten her son, but Jessica retaliates. She stong-arms Linderman's lackey, and heads back to Nathan's room. As she strips down for him, The Symbol can be seen on her right shoulder blade, clearly caught on tape.
Eventually Hiro catches up with Ando to find he's lost all but one dollar of their money. The last dollar is bet on a game of roulette, 26 black. Hiro tries to withdraw the bet, but the roulette dealer stops him. Hiro stops time and places the ball so that Ando will win. Hiro also uses his power to manipulate Ando's cards while he plays poker, swapping his poor hand with his opponent's flush, and winning. Later, they're met by men who throw them out of the casino and into the waiting arms of some thugs they cheated in poker. One of the thugs knocks Hiro to the ground after an accidentally offensive comment from Ando. Ando is last seen alone and scared.
As Niki and Nathan sleep fastly in bed together, Mr. Bennet approaches. He tells The Haitian to "just take the one."
Hiros
Niki wakes up alone in Nathan's hotel room. Nathan's campaign manager blames her for Nathan's absence, but Miss Sakamoto protects her. Sakamoto shows Niki Linderman's tape and tells her that her debt is discharged.
After being forcefully removed from the casino (and deposited in the middle of the desert), Hiro and Ando eventually make their way back to retrieve their rental car. After apologizing to one another for an argument, they phone Peter Petrelli from the parking garage.
After having his limo pick him up at the Fly By Night Diner, Nathan returns to the casino and runs into Niki. She says she doesn't remember what happened, but tells Nathan that Mr. Linderman is planning to blackmail him. Later, as he's checking out of the casino, Sakamoto approaches Nathan. He confronts her about the blackmail and convinces her to double Mr. Linderman's contribution to his campaign.
Better Halves
Before they can leave the parking garage, Hiro and Ando are (again) abducted by the high roller. After escaping an attack by Jessica, they once again return to the parking garage, and finally leave Las Vegas eastward bound.
Run!
Hiro and ando return to the Montecito to find Mr. Linderman. In a dressing room, they find a show girl who's crying. She says she left her abusive boyfriend but left [[|Hope's bag|her bag]] in the room. Ando and Hiro agree to get it disguised as employees. Ando leaves a room service cart in his room, and Hiro comes out of it, but says to Ando that he refuses to do it, and he leaves. Ando sneaks under Steve's bed to retrieve Hope's bag.
Back at Hope's dressing room, Hiro overhears Hope talking on the phone. He comes out and says he's not going to do it. Hope punches her and says, "Thanks for the help, Sulu".
When Ando comes back with Hope's bag, Hope says that Hiro said he doesn't need Ando anymore, and Hope kisses Ando. They leave.
Inside a closet, Hiro is banging on the door, calling for Ando. Instead, Steve answers, introducing hinslef as "Nevada State Gaming Association".
