NBC Blurb
The best laid plans of Nathan Petrelli often go awry - Emmy award-winner Željko Ivanek, Moira Kelly, Justin Baldoni and Dan Byrd guest star - Nathan’s (Adrian Pasdar) plans face exposure as Homeland Security begins an investigation under direct orders from the President of the United States. Sylar (Zachary Quinto) and Luke (guest Dan Byrd) embark on a road trip to find Sylar’s father, but are secretly being hunted by Nathan’s agents. Life gets complicated for the Bennet family as Claire (Hayden Panettiere) goes into action to protect a young man with abilities (guest star Justin Baldoni) from being captured by HRG (Jack Coleman). Elsewhere, Matt’s (Greg Grunberg) prophetic images lead Hiro (Masi Oka) and Ando (James Kyson Lee) to India and a mysterious ally comes to the aid of our Heroes. Ali Larter, Sendhil Ramamurthy and Milo Ventimiglia also star. Ashley Crow, Randall Bentley and Amrapali Ambegaokar also guest star.

Fan Theories
- Building 26 is the Hunter's base of operations. It will be equipped like a Primatech or Pinehearst building, and will have everything from prison cells to a research lab.
- Evolved humans will be transferred to Building 26, and held for a variety of things, such as experimentation, torture, containment or anything of the sort.
- Hiro and Ando's mysterious ally will end up being Shanti, played by Amrapali Ambegaokar.
- Hiro and Ando's mysterious ally will end up being Sanjog.
- It is the place where Sandra and/or Lyle are being kept imprisoned along with other captive evolved humans such as Tracy.
- Luke will be captured by the government at some point during this episode and Sylar will rescue him.
- Hiro will somehow get his ability back.
- Peter will learn how to keep more than one ability at a time.
- Ando will supercharge Peter which will lead to Peter holding more than one ability.
- Hiro and Ando travel to India to find Molly.
