Karen Sprague (née Gallagher) is the late wife of Ted Sprague.
Character History
Nothing to Hide
Matt and Audrey encounter Ted and his comatose wife. She is dying of cancer, caused by her husband's radiation powers. Her oncologist, Robert Fresco, was accidentally killed by her husband. Thanks to Matt Parkman's telepathic abilities, Karen, although comatose, is able to enjoy one last moment together with her husband just before she dies.

Unexpected
Ted tearfully visits the cemetery where Karen is buried. He bids her farewell, as he is about to embark on a journey of which she would not approve. His vengeance scorches the ground.
