Using her manipulative ways as well as her ruthless personality, Angela Petrelli has been responsible for the deaths or injuries of the following victims.

Bridget Bailey -- Gives her to Sylar who then proceeds to take her ability. (One of Us, One of Them)

Rachel Mills -- Held her against her will to find out where the last vial of The formula was. (The Recruit)
Adam Monroe -- Signs an order to have him locked up. (Truth & Consequences)
Kaito Nakamura -- Slaps him in the face. (Four Months Later...)
Matt Parkman -- Forces him into doing something he doesn't want to. (An Invisible Thread)
Arthur Petrelli -- Poisons him leaving him paralyzed. (Villains)
