• An agent and his partner -- At the Newburry café, Echo screams the brown note at the agents, causing them to lose control of their bowels and defecate. (Going Postal)
• Elle Bishop -- Echo absorbs Elle's electricity and converts it to a super-sized sonic blast, which he directs at her. (Going Postal)
• Company agents -- At Lake Arrowhead, two Company agents charge at Echo, but are defeated by his sonic blast. (Going Postal)
• Doberman Pinscher -- When the dog growls at Echo, he uses his ability to make it whimper and run away. (Going Postal, Part 1)
• Agent Howard -- Echo screams at Agent Howard twice, nearly killing him. (Going Postal, Part 1)
• Penny Logan -- After Echo detects Penny's ploy to capture him, he renders her unconscious with his ability. (Going Postal)
