Elle first meets Peter when she encounters him at the hospital where he took his burned brother Nathan. Elle zaps Peter with electricity knocking him out. He recovers at the Company facility and she toys with him by zapping him periodically. After Peter is admitted into their facility she visits to give him [[power negation pill]]s every day and attempts to make a move towards him, to which he ignores her. She tells him that at age 7 she burned her family's house down, and at age 8 she created a blackout. She was deemed dangerous and had a mental disorder. Elle is an agent of the Company and searches for evolved humans, at the behest of her father, who is apparently an agent of the Company, and is currently hunting for Peter Petrelli following the explosion above New York City. Elle is an evolved human with the power of electromagnetism.
Character History
Fight or Flight
Elle is at the shipping yard and asks Will about Peter. She follows Will's lead and heads to Wandering Rocks in search of Peter. Elle meets Ricky and asks about Peter. When he denies knowing Peter, Elle pretends to leave the pub, only to lock the door and weld it shut, before launching a surge of electricity at Ricky.

Powers
Elle has the power of electromagnetism. She has great control over her ability, and is able to adjust the strength and accuracy of her power. She can generate a tiny electrical arc to weld and seal a lock (Fight or Flight), or create a massive surge, sufficient to kill.
