Years of dancing, vocals, and gymnastics won her many more titles, trophies, and awards. In 1996, the year she was inducted into the National Honor Society, she also filmed The Postman. At the 1996 Nationals, Tarah won the silver medal on floor, the bronze medal on the balance beam, and placed sixth in the all-around. She won the bronze medal on the balance beam at 2001 Nationals.

After the apex of competing career, Tarah focused on modeling and entertainment. She soon became a guest star host on Xyz'd, starred in a number of theatrical productions, and did modeling work for companies like Pacific Sunwear and Funky Divas.
