Saving Charlie
Charlie recalls that after her parents died when she was a baby, her aunt Erika cared for her. Erika worked at the diner. In 2005, Erika got married and moved to Phoenix. Charlie went to stay with them last Christmas. (Chapter 13)
Charlie shows Hiro a photo of her and Lloyd at Erika's wedding last year. Erika had the bridesmaids wear sequined dresses. In another photo, Erika is laughing and wearing a poufy wedding dress. Hiro thinks Erika looks like Charlie, and Charlie says that everyone says that. (Chapter 16)
Notes
- It's unknown whether Erika is Charlie's aunt on Charlie's father's side or Charlie's mother's side.
