In Sylar's cell, Peter holds Sylar to the wall as Angela appears. Sylar says that Peter is already him, and Peter reacts violently, snapping Sylar's neck, effectively killing him. Angela rushes in and tells Peter to stop; he doesn't know what he's doing. Peter telekinetically grabs his mother by the neck, and confronts her, asking her when she was going to tell him that Sylar was his brother. He roars at her to tell him her secrets, or he'll cut open her head and get them out himself. He then proceeds to cut open his mother's head. Meanwhile, Sylar regenerates and telekinetically slams Peter against the cell window, rendering him unconscious. Sylar asks Angela if Peter is going to be alright, and she says that she'll make sure that he is, and she goes over to Peter's unconscious body. Noah then appears and beckons for Sylar.
