Audrey and Matt go to the hospital to question Ted. They find him sitting next to his wife, who has cancer. They question him, and Ted becomes nervous. He grabs a nurse and burns her arm. Matt reads Karen's mind and tells him to calm down. Ted wonders how Matt knows the things he says, but lets go regardless. Karen quietly passes away, and Audrey and Matt take Ted to FBI Headquarters.
