Finally

  • ...some decent art, though the storyline was confusing, did we see if Lee had a power-- By Danko CH 05:49, 18 August 2009 (EDT)
    • Lee? Yeah, he can vomit pretty cool. AltesUTC CH
      • Well, the last scene kinda makes Lee look like he is flying, but I don't think he can, and I can easily forgive that oversight as being caused by the perspective. However, it may be that Lee actually has an ability that we don't know about--why else would he accompany Abagail and the others in the "dangerous" mission to rescue Monica? If he didn't have an ability, I think it would have made more sense for him to go with Claude and Molly, or to accompany Micah and be his lookout inside the warehouse. Anyways, I liked the novel series overall and thought it was a good ending to the Rebellion series, as it ends where Micah gets confronted by Sylar. It's also cool how Molly was trying to protect Micah--she probably saved his life by giving him the heads-up. Oh, and the art was great, imho. For instance, although Molly is again with the new blonde hair, you can tell it's actually her in this part so kudos to Jason for pulling that off. Also, nice touch with the dust effect. I think that's the first time I've seen him use that for a Heroes novel.--MiamiVolts (talk) 14:09, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

Wow

That was... disappointing... but then again, a good chunk of Rebellion has been fairly disappointing.--Gibbeynator 07:47, 18 August 2009 (EDT) That was good

It was certainly the crappiest finale ever. I hope they release an eighth part or something just to give it a proper ending. --Lito? 09:23, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

  • Given the The End at the end, I doubt that.--WarGrowlmon18 09:29, 18 August 2009 (EDT)
    • God, I hope they actually kill off Micah and the rest of his merry men in the most grusome way possible, these graphic novels were so terrible and cringeworthy... especially the bit where Micah is like 'this is my fight' because we all know how useful he is --Lolwut 14:34, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

So

Now we know why Micah was alone in Cold Snap - he had to part ways with the rest of Rebellion because someone came after him. Which implies that other members of Rebel are okay. It also seems Molly likes Micah =) and Claude disappeared for good once again, doubt we'll see him again soon. Sylar didn't get to Monica, thank goodness... Hmm, let me remember... Yeah, Sylar acquired shape shifting in Into Asylum, which succeeds Cold Snap, where this GN leads to, so Monica can't be Sylar. The fate of Monica, Sparrow, West, Abigail and Lee remains unclear, but we know that West met Alex at some point, and they parted ways with Sparrow. Hmm, hmm. There's still so much to show. AltesUTC CH

  • No, this coincided with I AM SYLAR not Cold Snap, because thats when Micah was confronted by Sylar in the abandoned warehouse. So this actually refutes Senic Route which would have happened before 1961 and this GN... damn it... --Skullman1392 10:45, 18 August 2009 (EDT)
    • Not necessarily, as there seems to be some progression of time between Part 5 and 6. There's a fairly good window for Scenic Route to take place between Part 5 and Part 6--Gibbeynator 12:22, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

What happened to Micah

Given he was in a warehouse, this obviously takes place near the end of the season when he's nearly captured by and subsequently saved by Sylar.--WarGrowlmon18 08:10, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

  • I believe he'll meet Tracy now. AltesUTC CH
    • I believe he rescued Tracy between Part 5 and Part 6. Realizing that Monica was not in Building 26, and Tracy was his only relative left there, he must have felt that he should rescue her while he had the chance. Then, after she "died", he went to India with his team to look for Monica. The end of this novel takes place in I Am Sylar, right when Sylar finds Micah. --Joshuakorolenko 08:17, 18 August 2009 (EDT)
      • I think your right. I mean where he was seems to make more sense with I Am Sylar given how Molly said Sylar was close and how Micah was in that abandoned warehouse. Sure explains what he was doing there.--WarGrowlmon18 08:32, 18 August 2009 (EDT)
      • That certainly makes sense, after all, they were already in D.C. in Rebellion 4 and 5--Gibbeynator 08:30, 18 August 2009 (EDT)
        • PLUS! Micah's clothes, exactly what he is wearing in I Am Sylar AJUTChronicles

Molly

Is her leaving with Claude enough to say she's his ward? Intuitive Empath - Talk - Contributions 13:19, 18 August 2009 (EDT)

  • IMAO yes. Unless he is going to take her back to Mohinder's mother in India. AltesUTC CH
    • For now, I think it's a safe assumption that Claude is still taking care of Molly until we hear otherwise.--MiamiVolts (talk) 14:19, 18 August 2009 (EDT)
