Born in Brussels, Belgium, virtually nothing is known about Julien Dumont's family or past. He first came to the attention of this Company in the late 1980s, when he was detected operating a crime ring spanning three European countries. Contact was made with local law enforcement officials, who informed us that numerous attempts had already been made to arrest Dumont, only for these attempts to end in failure thanks to his incontrovertible alibis, some of which were even supplied by police who had Dumont under surveillance while he allegedly committed a crime hundreds of miles away. Surveillance confirmed that Dumont was being assisted by a number of identical clones.
Agents Spektor and Rains were dispatched to apprehend Dumont in Bruges, Belgium, but while the attempt was initially considered a success, we later discovered that the 'Dumont' apprehended by Spektor and Rains was in fact just another clone. Dumont vanished 'off the grid' for the next few years, but by the mid 1990s intelligence confirmed that Dumont was still alive. [Sentence Omitted: Classified]

Dumont currently operates out of Belgium and has been observed traveling frequently and publicly, but we have reason to believe that this may not be the actual Julien Dumont, but yet another clone. Julien Dumont himself may not have emerged from seclusion at any time since our attempt to capture him over a decade ago.

It is theorized that the subject's unique ability puts him at high risk of dissociative identity disorder, but as the subject has never been apprehended and lives reclusively, very little psychological conclusions can be drawn. His relentless pursuit of power, spanning from controlling a petty crime ring in the 1980s to becoming one of the most powerful and influential men in Europe today, indicates powerful ambition and possibly a psychological imperative to control others. The subject's reclusive lifestyle indicates possible paranoia, though the fact that several assassination attempts have been made on this subject's life (all of which have been successful, but each time it was just a clone that was killed) seem to suggest that perhaps this paranoia may be justified.
Finally, it should be noted that even in the early stages of his career, where disguise would have been far more prudent, the subject chose for each of his clones to act in public bearing the exact appearance of he himself. This pathological behavior seems to indicate high levels of self-confidence and arrogance, as he enjoyed taunting law enforcement but inadvertently revealed himself to our surveillance in the process.
