Joel West is the actor who portrays Daniel Simmons.
About
Joel is signed to Model Management in Los Angeles. He got his start in acting as Christopher in the film The Smokers, and has gone on to do small rolls in a variety of films, including Starting Out in the Evening, The Giving Tree, and Scorcher. Since the year 2000, he has had guest spots on numerous television shows, such as Charmed, Star Trek: Enterprise, and American Dreams. He also had a recurring role as Officer Aaron Jessop on CSI: Miami.
Joel worked for the 2005 Extreme Make-Over: Wedding Addition as a carpenter.
He took to stage in 2002, playing Fabian in Robert L. Williams adaptation of Shakespeare's An Appalachian Twelfth Night at The Globe Playhouse in California.
Joel has previously appeared in projects with fellow Heroes cast member Greg Grunberg (in Felicity), Dominic Keating (in Star Trek: Enterprise), and Kevin Alejandro (in CSI: Miami).
