Lesli Glatter has directed episodes of other television series including The West Wing, Law & Order: SVU, Gilmore Girls, and ER. She has also directed short and television films, including the short film Tales of Meeting and Parting (1984), and television films Newton (2003) and State of Emergency (1994). For cinema, Lesli has directed films including Now and Then (1995) and The Proposition (1998).

In addition to directing, Lesli Glatter was producer for the short film Tales of Meeting and Parting (1984) and television series Citizen Baines (2001). Lesli originated as a dancer and choreographer before becoming a director. She is credited as choreographer for the film To Live and Die in L.A. (1985).
