Rasihamatijan dropped out of the University of Calcutta despite an exemplary academic record, claiming difficulties in dealing with other students. Rasihamatijan then accepted a low-level job at Abuswami Financial Services in 2014. Rasihamatijan had an outstanding sales record, and was rapidly promoted. After a company-mandated physical in 2015, Rasihamatijan discovered she had ability genes. Rasihamatijan concluded that her sales success and personal problems were the result of her (largely uncontrolled) ability.
During her vacation in 2016, Rasihamatijan spent most of her time at a Hindu temple in , learning to control her ability. She then returned to her job at AFS. Since then, Rasihamatijan has led a relatively “normal” social life—though more by American than by Indian standards. A series of romantic difficulties, including an abusive relationship, led her to seek the guidance of Sanjog Iyer (see Y604) in her dreams in 2020.

Born the youngest of five children, Rasihamatijan has shown a tendency to “show off” her ability, such as by using it when unnecessary. It is believed this tendency stems from childhood efforts to impress her parents. As a young woman, Rasihamatijan had difficulty in social situations, often angering people with no apparent provocation on her part. These difficulties broke up an arranged marriage before the wedding, which greatly upset Rasihamatijan. Rasihamatijan later determined that these incidents were the result of her ability, then not under her conscious control. Since a training regimen in 2016, Rasihamatijan has not experienced these problems.
Perhaps to compensate for her troubled early life, Rasihamatijan has become “overly friendly”, which led to a number of harmful romantic relationships. These caused Sanjog Iyer to appear in her dreams in 2020 and 2021. Following his advice, Rasihamatijan has learned to be more careful with trusting people.
